Generate your first draft
Before automating, make one draft by hand so you know what "good" looks like. Pick a target keyword or opportunity, generate a draft, review the SEO and GEO scores, edit, and publish. The full walkthrough is in Create and publish content that ranks.
Turn on autopilot
Open Content and find Autopilot
Open Content in the sidebar and switch to the Autopilot tab. This is where you set what autopilot works on and how often.
Choose what to work on
Autopilot builds drafts from your approved opportunities. Approve the opportunities you want it to pick up — anything you haven't approved is left alone.
Set up your schedule
Choose a cadence — for example a few drafts per week. Autopilot uses it to decide when to generate the next draft and queue it for your review. You can pause or change the cadence anytime.
Review before anything goes live
Each generated draft lands in your queue for review, not straight to your site. Edit it, check the scores, and publish when you're happy. Drafts you don't approve simply wait.
Plan availability
Autopilot and scheduling are available on paid plans, and generating drafts consumes content credits the same way a manual draft does — so a busy cadence uses more credits. Set a cadence you can keep up with reviewing, and check your usage on the Plans & credits page.
FAQs
Will autopilot publish without me? No. Autopilot generates drafts and queues them for review. Publishing always needs your approval.
How many drafts will it make? As many as your cadence allows, up to your available credits. If you run low, generation pauses until you have credits or the next cycle.
Where do the topics come from? From the opportunities you approve. See Find your next content opportunities.
Can I stop it? Yes — pause the schedule anytime from the Autopilot tab. Queued drafts stay where they are.
