Brand integrity fact sheet

Record the true facts about your brand so you can spot when an AI assistant gets them wrong. Automated integrity scanning is coming soon.

AI assistants confidently state facts about your brand — your pricing, what you do, who you serve — and sometimes they're wrong. The first step to catching that is having a single source of truth to check against. The brand fact sheet is where you record the facts about your brand that matter, so a wrong AI answer is easy to recognize.

What you'll need

  • A connected site.
  • The real facts about your brand you want on record — what you do, who you serve, key claims, and anything an assistant commonly gets wrong.

Build your fact sheet

Open the fact sheet editor

In AI Visibility, open the Integrity area and the Fact sheet editor.

Record your true facts

Enter the facts you want to hold assistants to — a clear description of what you do, who you're for, your positioning, and any specific claims (for example, categories you serve or a guarantee you offer). Keep them concise and unambiguous.

Keep it current

Update the fact sheet whenever your positioning, pricing model, or claims change, so it always reflects the truth you want assistants to reproduce.

Automated integrity scanning

Coming soon

Automatically scanning AI answers against your fact sheet and flagging contradictions in real time is not yet available. Today the fact sheet editor is live so you can record your facts and check answers against them yourself. When automated scanning is enabled, this article will be updated with how it works — there's nothing to set up for it in the meantime.

Plan availability

The fact sheet editor is part of AI Visibility on paid plans. Recording facts doesn't consume credits; it's the reference you'll check answers against.

FAQs

Does the fact sheet automatically catch wrong AI answers? Not yet — automated scanning is coming soon. Today it's the source of truth you compare answers to yourself, alongside your tracked prompts.

What should I put in it? The facts assistants most need to get right about you, and anything you've seen them get wrong — description, audience, positioning, and concrete claims.

Does it publish anywhere? No. The fact sheet is internal reference for checking AI answers; it isn't published to your site.
